Richmond Park/Knob Hill is located west of downtown straight up trendy 17th Avenue SW. This location is not only a popular choice for new infills but a conveniently located one as well. With East/West access on 17th Avenue and North/South Access on Crowchild Trail its not hard to get around.
Richmond Park/Knob Hill was first annexed in two phases, one in 1907 and the other in 1910. Like most other communities in the vicinity most of the development started in the 1950′s.
The area boosts a plethora of amenities, mostly because of its proximity to 17th Ave. Biking and walking are very enjoyable in this area with many bike paths. There are many schools and public facilities in the area, with pools and gyms to keep the family entertained.
